I heard from the senator's office today......

At the end of this past August, Senator Madden sent a letter to DEP to get information on what will happen as of next spring. He has been told verbally that a special DEP manager has been assigned to Sawyer's Creek, Barbara Baus. She will be contacting each homeowner individually to discuss resolution with each homeowner. Each homeowner will be contacted to set up a meeting. The DEP's goal is to have resolutions for each homeowner before this year is complete. The DEP feels that individual meetings is the only way to resolve our issues since each homeowner's situation is unique.

Also, the DEP is filing formal complaints against the responsible Builder or builder's. I'm not sure of who is responsible for our mess, but it is nice to know that someone will be held accountable for our dilemma.

Again, just a reminder, I do not have everyone's email address, so please pass the word to our neighbors.

I have also asked for a copy of the official letter that the DEP is suppose to be sending to the Senator's office to indicate that they have assigned a manager and will be meeting with individual homeowner's. Once they receive the letter, they will send me a copy and I'll see about getting it up on the website for interested homeowners.

Thanks and God Bless.
