Good Morning everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that I received a letter from Senator Madden's office late last week. As a result of our issues (structural and wetlands) and homeowners throughout our county, he has worked on new legislation to enhance protections for new homeowners and strengthens the NJ construction code.

On this Thursday, August 10th, Senator Madden will be facilitating a public hearing in South Jersey to allow constituents to testify as to their hardships and suggestions with regards to better protecting new home buyers. The hearing will be held on the 10th, at 10am, at Rowan University, in the Eynon Ballroom in Glassboro NJ.

I have directions and parking information for anyone who is able to attend, so just let me know.
