2010.03.01 - For having worked for and earned straight A's at Whitman Elementary School and having made the Principal's List for the first quarter in December 2009, James Sturniolo has been added to the Sawyer's Creek Honor Roll. James continues the Sawyer's Creek tradition of excellence and now sets the standard to which our other students should aspire. James, please keep us updated on your continued good work! [Breaking news: He's done it again! James has earned straight A's and made the Principal's List for this term also!]
2009.12.05 - We have another student making a repeat appearance on the Sawyer's Creek Honor Roll. Nick Parisse has also made the Principal's List. Well done Nick!
2009.06.22 - Eric Dougherty has earned honors at Whitman Elementary School. This is not his first time on the honor roll, and probably not his last. Well done Eric, enjoy the summer!
2008.12.13 - Shawn Dougherty has made the honor roll at Bunker Hill Middle School. Currently in the 8th grade, Shawn has made the honor roll every academic year since SawyersCreek.org went online, when Shawn was in the 4th grade at Whitman Elementary. His siblings Brittany and Eric have also made the honor roll in the past. Well done Shawn!
2008.09.05 - As a new school year starts, Sawyer's Creek students are invited to follow the example of Nicholas Parisse, starting Grade 4 at Whitman this year. He has made the Principal's List and made straight A's since Grade 1!
2008.05.14 - A new name shall be added to this list of scholarly achievement. Sawyer's Creek recognizes Cole Piperata for making the Honor Roll at Whitman Elementary for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd marking periods; Cole is encouraged to continue his studies and make this list many times to come.
2008.04.27 - Excellence does run in the family. Brittany Dougherty is being added to the honor roll also!
2008.03.30 - Shawn Dougherty does it again! Another year, another listing on the Honor Roll at Bunker Hill Middle School, Shawn continues to set the standard for academic excellence at Sawyer's Creek. 2006.12.07 - A new year, a new grade, a new school; yet Shawn Dougherty is still earning the highest honors, with straight A's and making the Principal's List at Bunker Hill Middle School. As of now Shawn sets the standard for academic excellence at Sawyer's Creek!
2005.12.21 - Jacquelyn Redrup has made the Principal's List at Whitman Elementary school. She is in Mrs Stokley's 3rd-grade class; Jacquelyn earned her spot on the Principal's List and on the SawyersCreek.org honor roll by getting all A's on her report card: A wonderful gift to present her parents for the holidays!
2005.12.12 - Shawn Dougherty has distinguished himself once again by earning a spot on the Honor Roll of Whitman Elementary School. There is a word that describes a person like Shawn who does not shy away from the hard work, discipline and intelligence necessary for academic success: winner.
2005.07.11 - SawyersCreek.org recognizes Anthony Alvarez and Gina Alvarez for making the honor roll of their respective schools, wishes both of them a fun and safe summer vacation, and looks forward to seeing their names on the honor rolls next year. Good job!
2005.03.17 - Sandy Dunnkosky has been earning straight A's and B's at Chestnut Ridge Middle School, and has been named Star Student of the Year by a local paper. We hereby recognize Sandy's achievements and expect continued success from Sandy in the future.
2005.03.07 - Shawn and Brittany Dougherty of Huckleberry Way have both recently earned straight A's at Whitman Elementary School. Shawn has been earning straight A's since Grade 1. Their academic success brings pride to the neighborhood and sets a fine example; their achievements are duly noted.
2005.02.26 - Congratulations to Brooke Evanko of Becky's Lane for earning Straight A's for the second time in a row! Brooke is in the third grade at the Whitman Elementary School in Washington Township. We are proud to have Brooke as one of our neighbors and look forward to hearing even more great things from her. Good Job Brooke!
