As one of the development's first residents, I've watched as it has grown from a few homes on Becky's Landing to more than 200 homes that line the streets of Sawyer's Creek. I've attended every Sawyer's Creek community meeting and have been amazed that as the faces in attendance change the questions and concerns remain the same. I share in the frustrations of the homeowners yet understand that the Association does not yet have control of the development to a point where it can make an impact. That said, as the development enters the final stages, resolving the Community's concerns will be paramount and I believe my 20 years of experience as a Contracts Negotiator for the Department of Defense will be valuable. Moreover, I believe my experience in dealing with Federal regulations will be beneficial as the Township enforces the Developer's construction bonds in an effort to turn over the development to the Association. Finally, I believe my experience in the Federal Government will be valuable as we work with the township to resolve concerns that do not involve the developer. I thank you for the opportunity to represent the development and look forward to challenge.
