Bio - Victor Gaffney - 5 Sprague Landing

I have six (6) years experience as a chief engineer in a high rise facility of one million square feet and also a 1/2 million square foot facility in Montgomery Township which entails direct contact with contractors, inspectors and Township officials. I also help with budgets and day to day tenant interface. I have experience as a plumber of new construction projects and resident problems. With this experience I feel I would be an asset to the homeowners because I share the same goals as everyone to making this the best community possible.

GOALS: My goal is to make Sawyer's Creek into a safe, friendly neighborhood for us and our children and to address issues and concerns of all my neighbors.
