Progress Report

2007.12.22

A meeting was recently held with Township of Washington to address the status of Sal Messina and the Bond Release Punchlist. In attendance were Mayor Paul Moriarty, Solicitor John Eastlack and Director of Municipal Services Jim McKeever and Board Members Frank Bailey and Rock Siravo. It has finally been decided to file a motion with the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey to revoke the bond of developer Sal Messina.

A follow up meeting with the Homeowners is scheduled for:

Wednesday, January 23rd at 7:00pm

In attendance will be the Mayor and the Solicitor. Please plan to attend the meeting and voice your opinion and concerns. If you have not attended an Association meeting in a while, this is the one to attend! The TWP administration will try to answer questions related to the Bond and the Punch-list and explain to us what our expectations should be when everything is finished once and for all.

Other great news is that Public Works Department immediately issued a crew to fix the pot hole at the corner of Huckleberry and Lawrence as well as the street drain at the entrance near Woodbury Turnersville Rd. Public Works has also been aware of our need for snow removal. We are also working on street signs.
