We also receive plenty of juvenile complaints in our neighborhoods so please continue to call #256-1212. I ask everyone to be proactive with reporting suspicious activity at anytime to prevent crime. We live in a great community and in order to maintain it, we (community and police) must continue to work as a team. If anyone has any concerns, questions, or information to report feel free to call me at anytime in the Community Response Unit at #589-8594 or e-mail me at [mailto:blee@twp.washington.nj.us]. Also, community members please disseminate this info to all twp residents to assist us in our partnership.

Also, the 3rd class of the Washington Twp Junior Police Academy was a success and Class#4 starts 8/6/07. National Night Out will be held on Tuesday, August 7 in the evening hours. If your neighborhood has not registered to participate, please call ASAP so we can schedule police and firemen to your area. We enjoy meeting with you and your children on this night. Lastly, Washington Way Apts Town Watch and I held a Self Defense seminar for woman at their clubhouse with Sensei Nick from Amerkick. I would not mess with these woman but it was a learning experience. Anyone interested in starting a Town Watch in your community please call me because I want to assist you.

Thank you and have a safe summer,
