2005 Board of Directors Election

NOTE: The following text plus form for candidate data sheet were sent to homeowners on 7 October 2005.

Dear Homeowner:

The Sawyer's Creek Homeowners Association will meet on November 16, 2005 to elect two (2) members of our Community to the Board of Directors. The meeting will be held at 7:00 pm at the Wesleyan Church.

The Board encourages all homeowners to give careful consideration to running for vacant seats, and welcomes all who are interested. As a member of the Board you will have the opportunity to help shape our Community as it continues to grow into one of the premier developments in Washington Township. As you consider your interest please note that being a Board Member does require commitment. However, being committed to the interests of our community does not necessarily require a substantial amount of your time. With the help of our Community Manager, time required is limited to just a few hours a month, most of which is spent reading and responding to a few e-mails each week.

If you are interested in being a member of the Board, please complete the enclosed Candidate Data Sheet, and provide a brief statement of your qualifications. Completed data sheets may be returned by fax to (856) 802-1056, or by mail to 455 Larchmont Boulevard., Suite 14A, Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, 08054, and must be received no later than October 25, 2005.

Homeowners will receive Candidate Summaries and a Proxy Ballot prior to the meeting. In the event you are unable to attend the election meeting, you may vote by proxy provided your ballot is received at the above fax number or mailing address prior to the date of the meeting.
