2005 Yard Sale Report

Neither rain nor sleet nor dark of night... will keep a bargain shopper from their appointed rounds! After rescheduling our first annual Sawyer's Creek Yard sale to the last weekend in April nothing was going to stop our residents from cleaning out their garages attics and toy boxes! Over thirty residents organized their wares and had a garage sale. This is a great turnout considering the rescheduling. Throughout Saturday and Sunday there were many shoppers looking for furniture, jewelry, toys and clothing of all types. Personally I sold a good amount of my inventory! I hope you did too!

The SCHA Board is considering having a second yard sale in the fall but they are requesting help to put up signs and pass out flyers to have even more shoppers attend and make the sale even more successful. If you are interested in helping please send an email to treasurer@sawyerscreek.org. The board thanks you!
